As part of our ongoing commitment to performance, reliability and security, we regularly perform maintenance operations on our applications and systems.
This important release also brings with it improvements to the login process (identity and access management - IAM) for all protel Air products.
*Important Note - please be aware of the following planned service interruptions*
Functionality within IAM will be limited from 2am CET / 10am AEST until 1pm CET / 9pm AEST on Wednesday 8th September. This means that ability to edit or change user permissions or create new users will be restricted during this time. *All other protel Air functions will be available as normal during this time.*
Your normal scheduled bi-weekly system maintenance will take place from 12 noon / 8pm AEST on Wednesday 8th September (CET) and will last for approximately 2 hours. The work performed here takes place in the back-end and no impact to your operations is expected, with the following important exception:
In order to complete the work on IAM from the previous night, a restart of our IAM services will be necessary. This means that from 1pm CET / 9pm AEST for a period of approximately 15 minutes, access to and working in protel Air will not be possible. We will update our cloud status page (cloudstatus.protel.net) once access to the protel Air applications has been reinstated.
